Plain-English rules for using Roster Hearts. Read them once so there are no surprises when you're 12 hours into a night shift.

1. Who can use Roster Hearts

Roster Hearts is an adults-only community. You must be 18 years or older to create an account. By signing up you confirm your age, that the details on your profile are your own, and that you have not previously been removed from the community. We may remove any account we believe belongs to a minor or a misrepresented identity.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens on your account. Use your own photos and your own words. Don't share your account, and let us know straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

3. Membership, pricing, and the free month

Paid memberships are billed monthly in advance. New members get their first month free; unless you cancel before the free month ends, your card is charged for the plan you selected and then on the same date each month. Prices are shown on the membership page at the time you subscribe. You can cancel any time from the billing page — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't provide refunds for partial months except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

4. Conduct in the community

Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual pressure, catfishing, doxxing, and using someone's roster, employer, or camp location against them are all grounds for immediate removal. Full detail lives in our Community Standards, which form part of these terms.

5. Content you submit

You keep ownership of your photos, profile text, messages, and any Real Talk story you send us. By submitting content you give us permission to host and display it inside Roster Hearts, and — for stories submitted to Real Talk — to edit it lightly for length and formatting and publish it on the site. Tell us if you want a story published under a first name or initials only.

6. Safety and no background checks

We give you tools — contact windows, roster visibility controls, blocking, and reporting — but we do not run criminal background checks or verify employment. Use your judgement, keep first meet-ups public, and read our Safety Tips. You meet other members at your own risk.

7. Availability

We work to keep Roster Hearts running, but the service is provided as-is. Roster and shift calculations are a planning aid, not a guarantee — always confirm real arrangements directly with the person you're talking to.

8. Ending your membership

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the Community Standards, or where we're required to by law. Where it's fair to do so, we'll tell you why.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change we'll let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Roster Hearts after that means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law and contact
