Community Standards
Roster Hearts is built for people who understand that real life doesn't run Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. These standards keep the community safe, respectful, and genuinely useful.
Be real, be kind
Use your own photos, your own words, and your own roster. Treat others the way you'd want a fellow worker to treat you on a long swing — with patience, honesty, and a bit of humour.
Respect the roster
Night-shift workers might be asleep while you're off. FIFO crews might be in camp with patchy signal. If someone is slow to reply, assume the job got in the way first. Don't spam or pressure for a response.
No harassment, no pressure
Unwanted messages, sexual pressure, or stalking someone's schedule isn't just poor form — it's not welcome here. We take reports seriously and may suspend accounts that cross the line.
Zero tolerance for abuse
Hate speech, threats, doxxing, catfishing, and any form of abuse lead to immediate removal. This includes using someone's job, location, or roster details against them.
Safety first, always
You're in control of your contact windows, location sharing, and who can message you. If someone makes you uncomfortable, block and report them. Trust your instincts and keep early meet-ups in public places.
Report concerns
See something off? Use the report button on any profile or conversation. Our team reviews reports and will take action. False reports are also a violation.
Need help now?
If you're in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For non-urgent safety concerns, use the report tools in the app or email our admin team at railandfifosinglesaustralia.com@gmail.com. Reports and safety emails are reviewed by a real person.
