Real Talk only works when it sounds like the people living it. Write it the way you’d say it — we handle the formatting.
House style
- Write in first person, like you’re telling a mate at smoko.
- Curly quotes and apostrophes, single … for ellipses — we fix these for you.
- Times as 3am, 6am, 2pm. Ranges as “9am to 4pm”. Rosters as 2:1.
- Always use the serial comma: rail, mining, and logistics.
- Short paragraphs. Sentence-case headings. No marketing polish.
